**The Role**:
We are looking for a full-time Stock Manager to join us at our fast-paced and high volume Flagship Chadstone Store.

This role will see you work closely with your Store Management team in ensuring that all inventory is efficiently processed and managed within your store in an efficient and timely manner on a Monday-Friday roster.

**The role & responsibilities**:

- Assist the Management team in implementing operational excellence across stock management & merchandising
- Manage frequent and high-volume stock deliveries
- Prioritize and effectively manage time to ensure all stock is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain and clean and organised stock room with easy and safe access for all Team Members
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- Must be available on a full time basis - Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume stock assistant role
- A passion for organisation and managing back of house operations
- A drive for accuracy and attention to detail
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
