Less tax = more take home pay for you - In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to **$2,650** of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.) - ** Corporate Health Insurance **plans and discounted rates - ** An Employee Assistance Program** - a free and confidential phone-based counselling service available to all staff and their immediate family members - Encouraged and supported ongoing professional development and **diverse career opportunities**: - Paid parental leave **The Role**: - Inspect the load of each vehicle entering the waste facility to ascertain the contents of each load and direct drivers to the appropriate recycling areas - Assist customers to unload contents and advise the most appropriate methods of disposing of contents by providing instructions for the separation of specified materials to ensure safety requirements are met - Drive our Endeavour Foundation recycling trucks when fellow staff members are on annual leave - Maintain a high level of tidiness and presentation of premises to ensure Endeavour and the waste facility’s image is of the highest standard - Comply with Endeavour’s Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in and out of the workplace is upheld **All about you**: - Be a keen multi tasker with great customer service skills - Be flexible and available to cover shifts at short notice, including weekend work and shifts at some of our other waste facilities - Comfortable with heavy lifting and working on your feet all day - You can offer superb customer service, great communication, and excellent time management skills - You can work with mínimal supervision, but with high levels of respect for others - Intermediate computer skills - License and own transport essential due to limited public transport at some sites **How you can join the Endeavour Foundation?** - Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check**, a** Blue Card** (Working with Children Check) and **Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card** should you be successful. - Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorized workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021. **_ "We are a 2021 Circle Back Initiative Employer and we commit to respond to every applicant"_
