Align Pilates Studio in East Ivanhoe is a boutique Pilates studio offering classes in Clinical, Reformer, Barre, Pre / Post natal and Wunda Chair. With our small class sizes we aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive space where each client receives individual care and attention from our team. We have being operating since 2016 and have established classes with dedicated clientele.

**PILATES INSTRUCTOR ROLE**

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, a dedicated team player and committed to delivering exceptional classes to our clients. This role involves taking over an existing schedule of 4 shifts per week with the opportunity to grow to a full time role within 6 months. As part of your role we offer weekly mentoring sessions to continue to grow your professional skills, set career goals, and provide guidance to help you thrive in your role.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ability to create dynamic classes that still have a strong focus on technique.
- Structure classes to cater for all abilities and make modifications for injuries where required.
- Comfortable working with other instructors to develop programs for shared clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Be a positive, professional and punctual team member.
- Commitment to ongoing education and attending workshops within the Pilates / health community.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Pilates Certification
- Experience teaching face to face clients
- First aid certificate

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
