Your Impact

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

About Goodstart Kincumber

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Kincumber was built in June 1995 and is licensed to care for 76 children each day.
Our child care centre has a team of qualified and dedicated educators in each room, many of whom have worked at the centre for many years.

We all share the philosophy that Early Childhood Education plays an important role in the development of every child.

We focus on creating a happy, relaxed, non-threatening environment with flexible daily routines that promote confidence and encourage independence.
