Apprentice Baker

We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Ballina Fair.

If you are someone who loves to get up early to make the most of the day, to earn a crust, to do a job you love, then you are exactly the type of person we want at Bakers Delight Shift hours may vary but will generally be between 5am - 1pm.

**At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for**:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Assisting with stock control and production expenses

**To be considered for this ‘roll’, you will need to**:

- Have a passion for baking
- Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills
- Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one

**Job Types**: Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
