Internal Sales Officer

**The Client**

HRCheck's Client is a highly reputable Australian owned and run packaging business. They hold a substantial position in the packaging market and continue to expand that position. This has been achieved by an unwavering focus on partnering with customers and providing innovative solutions and outstanding service across multiple industry sectors.

They are now seeking to appoint an experienced **Internal Sales Officer **to join their team in a permanent capacity.

**The Role**

Based in Coolaroo and reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new business sales along with key administrative support to the external sales team.

Other key components of the position are:

- Review and action all new sales leads
- Actively generate new sales enquiries
- Liaise with clients to maintain positive relationships
- Prepare design requests including costings and works to be undertaken
- Ensure all order confirmations are completed in a timely manner
- Support both internal and external sales teams

**The Successful Application**

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, be well-presented and have a genuine passion for sales.

In addition, you will possess:

- Proven sales background
- Strong analytic and numeracy skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to seek solutions to clients concerns
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience working with contractors and suppliers
