**Lidcombe Family Medical Centre is looking for passionate Practice Manager who is eager to take a step in their career**

**About us**

We are a busy, 6 GP medical centre located in Lidcombe Shopping Centre with a dynamic staff consisting of doctors, nurses, allied health practitioners, and other supportive and diagnostic health services.

We are looking for a Practice Manager who is able to work 3 or more days a week.

**About the job**

Lidcombe Family Medical Centre is looking for someone with a warm and friendly personality to become a part of our team.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Lead a team of dynamic, professional Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health practitioners and receptionist.
- Familiarity with medical reception software (preferably Best Practice)
- Swiftly and effectively handle critical issues within the practice.
- Coordinate with external partners to meet practice goals swiftly and effectively.
- Creating and managing staff rosters
- Cooperating with other admin staff to ensure a practice principles and daily checklist is established and met

**What we need**
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work 3 or more days
- At least 2 years of experience working in medical receptionist
- At least 1 year of experience as Practice Manager (preferred)
- Familiarity with medical administrative software (e.g. Best Practice)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Morning shift
