Semi Flocon Driver

**About the Role**
Chambers Civil Construction is seeking a reliable and experienced **Semi Flocon Driver** to support ongoing and upcoming asphalt and civil works across the Sydney region. The role involves carting and unloading asphalt, aggregates, and road materials to and from major plants and project sites.

We’re looking for a driver who takes pride in their presentation, understands asphalt operations, and can represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and site crews.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate semi flocon truck for delivery of asphalt, aggregates, and road materials
- Load, transport, and unload safely at plants and job sites
- Perform daily pre-starts and maintain vehicle cleanliness and compliance
- Follow TMP/VMP and site-specific entry and exit procedures
- Complete delivery dockets and record tolls, kilometres, and waiting times
- Liaise with allocations to report delays or changes to delivery schedules
- Work effectively alongside paving and profiling crews

**Skills & Experience**
- Current **HC Licence (essential)**:

- Proven experience driving semi flocon or similar asphalt trucks
- Strong understanding of asphalt and paving operations
- Working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- **Boral, Downer, and Fulton Hogan inductions highly desired**:

- White Card (Construction Induction) required
- Ability to work a **mixture of day shift and night shift work**:

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
