**WHO WE NEED**

Challenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic and results driven part time facility cleaners to join our team, working in a premier Shopping Centre located in West End. Working in a largely autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of quality, delivering exceptional cleaning services, based on our award-winning standards and our client’s needs.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO?**
- Attending to the cleanliness of a shopping centre as part of a team
- Contributing to the positive experience of patrons and the local community
- Using Chemicals and adhering to safety standards at all times
- Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Undertake floor cleaning and polishing using machinery
- Complete tasks associated with mopping, dusting and rubbish removal
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED?**
- Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts
- Have experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within a retail environment
- Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
