**Domestic Cleaner - Casual Position I Building Hours Over Time**

Are you reliable, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is available at least **4 days per week**, with the flexibility to take on more hours as they become available.

At **Midas Cleaning Services**, we deliver more than just clean homes—we bring peace of mind. We’re a small, supportive team of committed cleaners who genuinely care about quality and consistency.

This casual employee role (no ABN or subcontractors) is perfect for someone wanting a **steady, flexible role** that builds to **around 20 -25 hours per week** as your confidence and speed develop.

**What We Offer**:

- **Flexible daytime shifts**, including school-hour availability (note: we do work through school holidays)
- **Occasional optional evening commercial cleaning shifts** at a higher pay rate
- **All products, equipment, and branded uniforms provided.**:

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong time management skills** and the ability to work efficiently
- Strong Communication skills
- Someone who takes **pride in doing a great job every time**:

- A **reliable vehicle, driver’s licence, and mobile phone**:

- A **clear National Police Certificate** (or willingness to get one prior to starting)
- **At least 4 days per week availability**:

- A solid **work ethic** and willingness to work independently
- Cleaning experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves a job that keeps them moving, and loves to help people.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.21 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
