Based in Capalaba we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader as a Synthetic Grass Installer to join our team.

We are continuing to expand our already experienced Synthetic Grass Installers team to take on more work and large scale projects.

THE ROLE:

- Assisting and working with project co-ordinators and managers on our projects with the other staff
- Will need to drive the company vehicle to pick up products and deliver products
- Will need to drive the company vehicle too and from site.
- Will need to operate a Forklift
- Will need to operate an excavator or Toro Mini Loader
- Will need to maintain OH & S while on-site.

To be successful in this position you will need to show:

- **Must have experience Installing Synthetic Grass or Landscaping**
- Positive outlook with a willingness to learn.
- Professional and friendly with great communication skills.
- Keen interest in improving service delivery performance.
- An excellent team player with self-motivation.
- Attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- A flexible and enthusiastic attitude.

Hours of Work and Remuneration:
This position will be a casual position until 3 month probation has been completed, Monday - Friday only with very little weekend work.

You will be a motivated team player who is not afraid of hard physical work and strives to complete every task to the best of their ability in a timely manner.

It is essential that you have your vehicle licence with construction white card. Working with children BLUE CARD will also be an advantage.

Immediate start with ABOVE standard pay rates based on experience.
