Marketing Specialist

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create and implement marketing campaigns to support sales activities
- Report to Director on marketing strategies and results from marketing campaigns to promote our services and advise on best practices in pricing, advertising and sales promotion
- Manage marketing campaign production processes across specialised areas such as artwork, copywriting etc. and control budget
- Monitoring performances of sales & marketing campaigns and provide regular reports and insights used to track interactions and document performance
- Conduct further market research to identify and pursue potential demand, new business opportunities, and reach new target market and collect data and perform analysis to assist in planning marketing campaigns
- Facilitating business expansion and development by defining and implementing marketing goals, policies, and initiatives
- Offering guidance on all marketing aspects, including product combinations, pricing models, promotional tactics, sales channels, and distribution networks
- Developing, planning, and posting marketing content across social media and websites
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to foster strategic partnerships and collaborations.

**Experience**
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Holds at least a relevant Bachelor degree (or higher)
- Past Experience and high technical knowledge in the construction industry preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
