**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with architects, town planners, civil engineers, and landscape architects to integrate survey data into project designs.
- Analyze land subdivision planning proposals for compliance with planning schemes and provide clients with viable options for development.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced surveying technologies and software to enhance data collection and analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, or a related field.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a consulting environment is preferred but not essential.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
