**About the Role...**

We are seeking a Powder Coating Coordinator to join our team at the Loganlea site.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Building a production schedule for the powder coating line and ensuring all orders are scheduled and processed in a timely manner
- Accurate data entry of powder run sheets and stock in the system
- Testing & reporting on quality assurance processes
- Related administration & office support
- Communicate production lead times & supply issues with relevant internal & external personnel
- Liaise and maintain relationships with relevant internal & external personnel
- Manual lifting of up to 20kgs

To be successful you will;
- Have relevant experience in a customer service focused team and working to schedules/lead times to meet customer demand
- Have proficient use in Microsoft office
- Have effective verbal & written communication skills
- Have strong problem solving & negotiation skills
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be an enthusiastic, team player and has the “Can Do” attitude
- Have a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
- Have proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
