**About the Role**

Do you want to make a true difference in someone’s life? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Home Care Employee. In this role, you will be assisting our elderly residents to maintain their lifestyles and thrive in their own homes. Your day will typically include providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities (including meals, personal care and general mobility assistance) and transportation. The life of a Home Care Employee is highly varied and offers flexible working hours. No two days are ever the same

**About You**
- You have a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives
- You are a great communicator
- Can work independently
- Have access to a personally owned, well maintained and insured car
- Have an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Great organisation skills
- Love working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
- Ability to use technology (or willing to learn)
- Physically able to perform basic manual handling (such as lifting, carrying, standing and prolonged sitting)

**Desirable**
- Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
- Competency in medication administration
- Previous experience in a Homecare environment

**The Perks**
- a competitive hourly rate $22.67 - $25.52 per hour plus superannuation.
