We are a professional, evidence-based naturopathy and acupuncture clinic at Norwood. We are looking for a casual receptionist to assist us during busy shifts.
Hours are usually Saturdays 9am - 2pm however this may vary depending on our needs at the time and your availability.
Will need to be available for 2-3 shifts on Mondays or Thursdays for initial training.

**Duties**:

- Reception - answering phone, making appointments, client payments
- Data entry - entry of client data into practice management software (Pracsuite)
- General duties - tidying and cleaning of treatment rooms as required
- Any other duties as instructed

What we need from you:

- Friendly, outgoing nature (you will be dealing with our clients, and first-point-of-contact for some)
- Caring personality (you will be dealing with people who may be going through stressful medical procedures such as IVF)
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- High attention to detail
- Mental agility and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willing to take instruction and do the tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Good computer skills
