**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Vac Truck Operator to join the WEM Civil team.

We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, and Illawarra regions.

This position requires a sound working knowledge of the operations of Vac Truck and the construction of Bulk Earthworks projects.

**The requirements of this position are**:

- Demonstrated experience in plant operations
- Experience or willingness to learn the Hydroseeder
- Previous experience operating vacuum truck will be highly regarded
- A valid Construction White Card
- A valid HR Truck License, with the ability to travel across sites
- Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery
- Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
- A responsible and reliable worker
- Flexible to work weekends if required
