We’re looking for a** Product Designer (UX/UI)** who thrives on untangling complexity. At Decidr, our AI-powered operating system helps businesses transform decision-making from chaos to clarity, across data infrastructure, workflows, and strategic outcomes.

In this **contract role**, you’ll work closely with our **Research & Innovation team**, designing UX/UI for cutting-edge product experiments that push the boundaries of what's possible in AI-driven business intelligence. You’ll lead the end-to-end design of platform features that span technical configuration to business execution, making sophisticated, layered systems feel intuitive and outcome-driven.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own the UX/UI design of complex, multi-step workflows across infrastructure, strategy, and outcomes layers.
- Translate abstract concepts and backend logic into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Decidr’s Founder, Engineers, Data Scientists, and R&I team members to bring ideas to life.
- Develop and maintain Figma design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Champion simplicity, accessibility, and clarity in all design outputs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and communicate ideas visually
- Strong Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and technical teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a sharp eye for structure and flow.
- **Bonus**: Experience designing around technical systems (e.g., databases, automation tools, or AI platforms).
