This role sits within the Mortgages Centre of a top 4 bank, my clients are looking for inbound customer service agents with strong communication skills and the eagerness to learn with commitment to starting a career within banking.

The main purpose of this role is to take inbound calls from brokers, customers and builders ensuring to maintain the highest level of customer service, answering all enquires and investigations.

To be successful in this role you will need to have strong customer service skills, have the abiltiy to be empathetic and you will be confident to manage a phone call autonomously without escalation.

**Duties**:

- Provide a high level of end to end customer service to inbound telephone queries from customers/brokers/builders
- Analyse difficult and new exceptions and queries to determine appropriate solutions
- Handle complex queries and advise customers
- Respond to telephone enquiries with a strong sense of ownership and take appropriate action. This may involve chasing up the correct answer or referring the issue to another area for action
- Assist with testing website and administration systems when and if required
- Assist with documenting procedures when and if required
- Provide problem solving capabilities to ensure implementation dates can be met
- Actively evolve day to day processes

**Experience required**:

- Must be a team player and be able to work autonomously
- Have experience customer facing handling complex enquires
- Be confident working within a high volume inbound call centre environment
- Be committed to joining the bank long term to continue to grow within the organisation
