- **The Royal Melbourne Hospital
- We are seeking experienced security licensed Security Officers to join The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The RMH security team are tasked with securing the premises and ensuring the safety of all staff, patients and visitors on site.
**_Your duties will be unique and varied including;_**:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service for all persons entering facilities
- Conduct regular patrols on sites - foot patrols, inspections, screening and static guarding
- Provide basic response for: fire/security alarms, anti-social behaviour
- Monitor CCTV
- Provide basic crowd control
- Compiling Security Audit and Reports
- Emergency response
- Incident reporting and investigations
- Program Site access cards
- Observe and handle escalations

- **
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility with regards to shift patterns and availability
- A current vehicle licence
- A current Level 3 security licence
- Reliable with an excellent work ethic
- Previous experience in a hospital setting would be an advantage.
