**The Role**
- Delivering food and beverage service in a professional manner
- Assisting with food preparation / sandwich-making
- Setting up and clearing dining room of boarding facility
- Showing initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area and equipment
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers

**The Person**
- Previous Catering Assistant experience is preferred but not necessary
- Basic knife skills
- Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
- Knowledge of coffee making/Barista experience an added advantage
- Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multitask
