**About the Role**
In this role, you will be primarily focussed on the delivery of courses within Clinical and Health Science (CHS) undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Working under guidance from other academic staff, you will prepare and conduct learning activities including lectures, tutorials and assessments.

**About UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences**
One of seven Academic Units, UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences offers a wide range of degrees and conducts world-class research in the fields of nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, pharmaceutical science, medical sciences, laboratory medicine, and food and nutrition science with a strong focus on creating positive health outcomes for communities.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Prepare and conduct learning activities including lectures, tutorials, and assessments
- Use a variety of pedagogical techniques (including face-to-face, online and blended learning) to foster student learning
- Undertake high quality teaching as part of the teaching team, including participation in moderation of marking exercises
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor of Midwifery and a Master’s Degree or equivalent, and evidence of current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Ability to undertake a range of teaching duties including the preparation of appropriate teaching materials and resources
- Ability to enhance the research profile of the Academic Unit through scholarship and supervision of coursework Master’s degree and/or HDR students.
- Demonstrated clinical experience/expertise and understanding of global and national policies and priorities in health and midwifery practice
- High level written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, external parties and colleagues
