The Opportunity**
- This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and will be suitable for an individual who prides themselves on the level of accuracy in their work, the ability to follow protocols and has a strong focus on meeting dateline. You must be self-motivated and organised and is able to handle multiple projects at one time.
- You will be working under lead scientists who will be overseeing both commercial and academic projects.
- You will work as part of an experienced and dedicated team with exposure to a wide diversity of work.

- **To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following**:
 Undertake research activities with limited day-to-day supervision, as part of a team.
- Develop technical expertise within the research group.
- Contribute to and/or be responsible for administrative duties associated with research, the work of the Team
- Be responsible for performing a wide range of physico-chemical and biology assays including, but not limited to, HPLC, Thermo analysis techniques, Elisa etc_
Your responsibility but not limited to**
- **A Master or Laboratory qualification (TAFE) in medical science, biotechnology or related field.**
- **Ability to conduct research with mínimal supervision and demonstrate a level of independence and teamwork, responsibility and/or management as well as supervisory skills.**
- **Discretion to innovate within own function and take responsibility for outcomes; design, develop and test protocols; analyse and report experimental data.**
- **Ability to set priorities and monitor work flows and systems within area of responsibility.**
- **Excellent communication, database management, computer literacy and analytical skills with precise laboratory data management.**
