**About the role**

The Cardiology Department provides invasive Cardiology services at Box Hill Hospital, and non-invasive Cardiology services at Box Hill, Angliss and Maroondah Hospitals. Across all three sites, the Cardiology Department performs over 18,000 procedures each year, including echocardiography, percutaneous coronary intervention, cardiac CT, cardiac rhythm management and cardiac electrophysiology.

A rare opportunity exists for a Grade 1 cardiac physiologist to join the Cardiology Department at Eastern Health on a part time basis.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent
- Commitment toward self-development
- Highly developed interpersonal experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
