**Hornsby Dental **is in need to have a fabulous new addition to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, professional and modern dental practice located near Hornsby train station and Westfield.

We currently have one position available:
Part-Time **Dental Assistant:2 -3 days available (Tuesday, Friday and possibly Saturday). **responsibilities are as below but not limited to:

- Chair-side assistance for various treatments
- Perform sterilisation and infection control, maintain surgery hygiene.
- Simple laboratory tasks, such as pouring up models and produce whitening trays
- Patient greeting
- Monitoring and ordering stocks when necessary
- Assist simple administrative task when necessary
- You will also be trained for basic reception skills
- Thursday - late night finishing at 8pm.

**About you-**
- At least 1 year assistant or dental front office experience in dental practice (Preferred but not essential)
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn attitudes
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a team
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to work alone as well as being a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Dental 4 Window but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Hornsby NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental assistance: 1 year (preferred)
