We are seeking an experienced _Treasury Analyst_ _with trust management and securitisation experience.
- The role:_- Manage existing securitisation trusts.- Manage trust cashflow / liquidity requirements including draw down process and limit monitoring.- Run cash flow distribution waterfall calculations, manage note holder payments and trust reporting.- Work closely within the Treasury team on the establishment of new warehouse facilities, involved in term-out process including preparation of materials for rating agencies / investors and settlement of transactions.- Prepare investor presentations and attend investor meetings.
- What you bring:_- Finance / accounting / mathematics degree desired but not essential.- Strong communication and client services skills.- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.- Experience within the finance industry with direct trust management / securitisation experience including reporting skills.- Strong excel skills and ability to develop trust cash flow models is required.- Experience within the asset finance sector desired but not essential.
