**Internal Auditor (MBA-Finance)**
**Job Location**: [Gold Coast, Australia]
**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Internal Auditor and experience of a financial analyst you will be responsible for the following:
**1.** **Internal and Statutory Audit**:
- Assist in conducting thorough internal and statutory audits.
**2.** **Financial Planning and Analysis**:
- Prepare annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance
**3.** **Financial and Costing Management**:
- Prepare monthly Financial & Costing MIS.
- Monitor profit margins, analyze variances, and report deviations promptly.
- Initiate and suggest cost reduction measures, implementing them upon management approval.
- Submit inventory aging reports to control raw material procurement.
**4.** **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare monthly financial reports with schedules and annexures.
- Generate periodic reports for management as required.
- Conduct variance analysis of jobs (estimation vs actual) and report findings.
**5.** **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure financial and operational integrity in adherence to established SOPs.
- Assist in the preparation of details for the company's IT Assessment.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory compliance and filing of TDS returns.
**6.** **Vendor and Banking Relations**:
- Verify and approve vendor invoices.
- Perform an age analysis of creditors and facilitate timely payments.
- Communicate with the bank on various financial matters.
**7.** **Human Resources and General Accounting**:
- Process payroll and maintain employees' leave register.
- Issue offer/appointment letters to new hires.
- Verify, process, and make payments for vendor bills.
- Handle clubhouse accounts and other ad-hoc accounting work.
**8. Financial Reporting and Data Analysis**:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements along with ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in financial processes.
**Qualifications**:
- MBA in Finance.
- 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Technical proficiency in ERP Accounting.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle complex assignments independently or as part of a team.
**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
