We are a Sydney-based construction and joinery company delivering bespoke residential interiors and premium commercial fit-out projects. With a strong pipeline of architect-designed homes, luxury kitchens, retail spaces, and branded environments, we are looking for a skilled Joinery Drafter with Pytha 3D CAD experience to join our in-house team.

This is a hands-on drafting role where you will work closely with our design, project, and production teams to translate design intent into accurate, build-ready joinery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed and accurate 3D shop drawings using Pytha software

Interpret architectural and interior design drawings across both residential and commercial scopes

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and factory teams to ensure design coordination

Ensure all drawings are fully production-ready and meet internal and industry standards

Revise and update drawings based on site feedback, client changes, or production requirements

Occasionally attend site or workshop to resolve technical issues

About You

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a joinery drafting role

Proficient in Pytha 3D CAD (essential)

Solid knowledge of joinery detailing, construction techniques, materials, and hardware

Experience delivering for high-end residential or commercial interiors

Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural documentation

Strong attention to detail, time management, and a solutions-focused mindset

Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
