**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our friendly team at Noisette Kew. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, serving customers via POS, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment. This role suits someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team that values great service and attention to detail.

Located in the heart of **Kew Junction**, our café brings the charm of French-inspired baking to the local community, offering a welcoming space for both our team and our customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills
- Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously
- Availability for both weekday and weekend shifts (10-20 hours per week)
- Flexibility to work between **7:00am-4:00pm (Mon-Fri)** and **7:00am-3:00pm (weekends)**
