Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment in a **Kitchen Hand** position, integral to providing support to the catering team at **Holsworthy Barracks **Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic environment.

**The Position**:

- Part time position - 07.30am - 6.30pm with two hour break
- Clean and maintain hospital public areas, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, clean tables and surrounds, replenish supplies in dining rooms
- Handle linen and waste
- Sweep and mop floors, using an automatic floor scrubber
- Receive and rotate stock

**The Person**:

- Hospitality experience beneficial.
- Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required.
