**Your Role as an Early Childhood Assistant**:
Join a team where your work truly matters. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will work alongside dedicated professionals to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support every child’s development.

**What You’ll Do**:
Plan and deliver interactive learning activities that inspire young minds
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
Build strong connections with children, families, and your team
Support children’s independence, creativity, and critical thinking
Collaborate with your team and Centre Director on daily operations and learning goals
Maintain documentation and assist with administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
✔ Demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting
✔ Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
✔ Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔ Full Australian working rights

Pay: $24.62 - $39.90 per hour
