Timber/colorbond Fence Quoter

**Position Overview**:
As an Estimator and Quoter for Team 247, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our projects. You will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments, preparing accurate and competitive residential fencing quotes, and ensuring that all approved quotes are scheduled for installation. Additionally, you will manage material orders for approved projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site visits to assess the fencing needs of residential customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate quotes for residential fencing projects.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers to finalise project details.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fencing materials, pricing, and industry trends.
- Coordinate and schedule approved quotes for installation.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Manage material orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotes, schedules, and material orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a residential fencing estimator and quoter is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of fencing materials, industry standards, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quote preparation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organised and proficient in project scheduling and material ordering.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site assessments.
- Basic computer skills for quote preparation and order management.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
