We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Assistant** to join our team at electronics store in Thomastown. You will play a key role in delivering excellent service to customers, assisting them in selecting products, and ensuring a smooth point-of-sale experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Recommend suitable electronics products based on customer needs
- Process sales and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with stocktaking, inventory, and product labelling
- Resolve basic customer issues or refer complex queries to management
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including promotions and specifications

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred (electronics experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Available to work weekends and weekdays as rostered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.95 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
