We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Documentation Specialist. Full Time role three (3) days per week at **Cardinia Community Aged Care** and two (2) days at **Langwarrin Community Aged Care,** to manage ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements at our state of the art residence.

**Skills, knowledge and experience needed**:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA (RN preferred or EN) registration is preferred
- Experience as an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator or similar role (desirable)
- Have a comprehensive working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model.
- Excellent documentation skills and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
- Sound computer skills and proficiency using a clinical documentation system
- Willingness to learn and coach others
