**Job Summary**:
The warehouse specialist will be responsible for maintaining delivered goods, materials and stock, and communicating with customers, stakeholders, and other departments to resolve issues. This is a physical role whilst maintaining accurate details of warehouse inventory, so will suit someone who enjoys these aspects of the position who is also extremely organised.

**Responsibilities**:
Documentation & System Updates

Updates and closes shipment orders in a timely fashion

Receives, distributes, and tracks daily shipments and tracks duration of how long materials are in storage

**Inventory Management**:
Maintains records of materials received and shipped; rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary and notifying appropriate stakeholders

Works with customers and other departments to escalate and resolve shipping and receiving issues

Maintains appropriate consumable stock levels (e.g. cable connectors, ordering materials at specified minimums)

Manages stored and/or abandoned equipment

Removes/disposes of all packing material from the data centre

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Completion of Higher School Certificate

2 + years experience in warehouse/shipping or related related position

Ability to work in a physical role lifting upto 20kg
