To support our ongoing growth and evolving asset management needs, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Fleet Administration Clerk** to join our team.

**Position Overview**

This role is key to supporting our Asset Management Team through high-level administrative coordination. The Fleet Administration Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of fleet records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating the smooth execution of operational and maintenance processes.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting high-performance operational teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative & Coordination Support**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Asset and Operations Teams.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (operations, finance, maintenance) and external vendors or service providers.
- Support communication, scheduling, and workflow coordination across fleet-related functions.

**Fleet & Maintenance Administration**
- Manage vehicle registration renewals and updates.
- Monitor tolling, fuel usage, and related account records.
- Assist with data entry and reporting for fleet maintenance schedules and service records.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet documentation, including registration, insurance, compliance logs, and incident reports.
- Assist with procurement processes: raise purchase orders, track invoices, and manage service contracts.
- Support timely execution and follow-up on compliance requirements and audits.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a transport, fleet, or logistics environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fleet or asset management systems (e.g., Fleet Maintenance Software, SharePoint) is highly desirable.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
