Warehouse Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily Operations**: Supervise packing, stock transfers, and inventory management to meet performance targets.
- **Order Receipting**: Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming stock. Resolve discrepancies promptly.
- **Inventory Control**: Ensure 98% accuracy in stock handling and maintain updated bin locations using ERP system (MYOB).
- **Leadership**: Train, guide, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Enforce WHS policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit performance reports weekly, resolving operational issues within 48 hours.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience and qualifications in warehouse operations and team supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) policies.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20kg.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
