**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting retail and trade customers with their automotive needs, offering expert advice, and resolving any inquiries or issues.
- Manage a team of motivated sales team members, providing coaching, guidance and performance feedback to optimise their productivity and enhance customer interactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, creating an attractive and organised store environment that enhances the overall customer experience.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Uphold safety and security protocols, promoting a safe working environment for staff and customers alike.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive products, parts, and accessories.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
