**About the role**
We're looking for a Site Foreman join The SHAPE+ team delivering small to mid-scale fit out and refurbishments that require turnkey solutions, aftercare and maintenance. You’re a born organiser who can handle trades and keep sites safe, productive and on track to perfect delivery.

The SHAPE+ Site Foreman will be is responsible for assisting the Site Manager and also be able to work autonomously. In this role, we look to you to:

- understand the scope, contract and project time frames
- establish the site in accordance with relevant WHS requirements
- induct subcontractors and site employees
- deliver daily and fortnightly programmes
- coordinate the trades and sequencing of work
- manage the subcontractors and staff, ensuring quality and safety
- record daily site activities in the site diary
- coordinate defect rectification

**About you**
- trade and/or safety qualifications and happy to get on to the tools when required
- great communicator, leader and team builder
- ability to build and maintain relationships
- experience as a Leading Hand or equivalent within the commercial building industry
- flexibility, adaptability and the ability to problem-solve
- knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
- willingness to be part of a safety-first
