**What is the opportunity?**
We are currently recruiting for a **Learning and Development Manager** who will be responsible for managing all Peugeot Citroen Australia training matters on an ongoing basis, targeting Dealer Sales, Service, Parts and Technical Personnel to identify key factors to improve customer interactions and performance.
Further to the above your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and develop a National Training Strategy based on dealers and Peugeot Citroen Australia specific operational needs
- Lead and coach our training team
- Manage the design, development and implementation of technical, sales and aftersales training courses
- Manage and coordinate training facilities
- Perform Training needs analysis
- Manage E-Learning, Virtual and Face to Face training
- Manage and maintain Learning Management System
- Attend internal and external training courses as required

- Relevant business qualifications and/or industry experience essential
- Vocational Training Management Experience
- Experience in learning and development
- Experience facilitating learning via a wide range of learning platforms
- Experience within the automotive industry desirable
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Proven ability to implement Sales and Aftersales operational standards
