**The Role**
We are seeking an energetic & focused Storeperson / Parts All-Rounder to assist in our busy Parts Department. Based at Mascot Airport the primary focus is to support the parts department operation by picking, dispatching, receipting & the procurement of parts.

You will be a key part of the NSW team in delivering collaborative, prompt and efficient service to both internal & external customers whilst maximising the efficiency of the parts department.

Whilst a relevant parts background is an advantage, training will be provided so applicants with a strong work ethic, intermediate computer skills & a safety first approach are encouraged to apply.

**This role will see you responsible for**:

- Efficiently receipt and dispatch goods
- Proactively maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store
- Assist with collating orders for internal service staff
- Part procurement
- Timely and accurate processing of paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, transfers etc.
- Collaborate with service technicians in their request for parts & accessories.
- Assist in rolling stock takes
- Promoting a safety first approach
- Arranging couriers for collection of goods

**About You**:
Ideally you will possess the following:

- Aftermarket parts exposure
- A motor trade or engineering background would be highly regarded
- Able/Willing to work within procedural guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to converse on all levels
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Forklift License
- Strong organisational skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Able to pass a Police & Medical check
