**About the Role**

An opportunity has arisen for an Appointment setter / Telemarketer to join their friendly and professional team in a casual part-time role that will progress to permanent part time with the potential to work Full Time. 25hrs per week & can progress into more hours further down the track.

**Your new role will initially include**:

- Comprehensive training and support
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
- Outbound cold calling and prospecting with a view to setting appointments for the Sales Reps
- Data entry of sales appointments / Notes into a database/CRM
- Appointment setting, no hard sales

**About You**

We're looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter or Telemarketer who is eager to join a genuinely supportive team who are happy to provide ongoing training and support.

If you are interested in career progression, After learning about the sales process, as well as this company's large range of what they can offer you can be developed into the design aspect of the business for future fit out designs.
- Previous appointment setting experience
- **Experience with Salesforce CRM System**:

- Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
- Strong experience in phone a based customer service role
- The ability to work part time hours up to 25 hours per week.
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone is ESSENTIAL
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite Experience
- High level of motivation, dedication, and integrity

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Penalty rates

- Minchinbury, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
