**Position Summary**:
BodeWell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide culturally appropriate support to frail aged people, people living with disabilities, and their carers. You will be responsible for delivering home care, domestic assistance, respite, and personal care services as detailed in client support plans and task lists. Your role will promote and maintain clients’ independence, respect their dignity, choice, and privacy, while developing and maintaining a safe and professional relationship with them.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-home care including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, laundry tasks, and other household chores.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and self-medication monitoring.
- Escort clients for community access, including grocery shopping, social activities, and appointments.
- Deliver respite care to provide carers with a break from their duties.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and as specified in task lists.
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
- Report any hygiene risks, hazards, or changes in client circumstances promptly to the services/scheduling team.

***Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
- Current Provide First, CPR and Manual Handling certificates.
- Vaccinations up to date or willingness to obtain as required by legislation or company policy.
- NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC or ability to obtain.
- Right to Work in Australia.
- Own a car with a full Australian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle in roadworthy condition, registered, and comprehensively insured.
- Physical ability to perform the stated duties.
