**The Opportunity**
You will be joining a high performing team offering a personalised wine service, with unique and bespoke products taking our Winery Direct customers on a premium wine journey. You will be supported with an ever-changing, tantalising portfolio of Australian and International fine wines while collaborating with some of Australia’s leading wine professionals and educators.

We offer extensive in house wine training from Bronze through to WSET3. Whilst you don’t need wine experience to start, a passion for wine will set you up for success.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Palpable passion for the Wine Industry
- Creative and outgoing personality
- Sales experience - Customer facing OR over the phone (highly desired but not essential)
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with customers
- Ability to come into our head office when required for wine tastings, group training and sales
- Continually evolve product knowledge
- Resilience and working autonomously
- Sales integrity and upholding business values
- Drive to deliver key sales and a superior level of customer service.
- Keep informed of business process and system changes
- Keep informed of campaign activity in market across all channels
- Ability to quickly and successfully switch between different tasks throughout the day
- A high level of computer literacy

**A day in the life of a Winery Direct Wine Advisor at Endeavour**
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ongoing sales to these customers and any customer service issues
- Grow your own portfolio of customers
- An immersive culture that emphasises strong relationships with our winery partners
- Brand focused wine tastings with our partners
- In-person Winery visits
- Working in a fast paced, collaborative and energetic selling environment
- Outbound phone sales to Winery Members and Mailing Lists on the behalf of the Winery
- Maintain Call Quality and PCI guidelines
