**About the Role**:

- **
Contribute to multiple projects and work in an agile team who focus on software engineering best practices. You will also support and mentor more junior members of our team. Work collaboratively within a close-knit cross-functional team. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the development process and enhance the user experience.**
- **
Your understanding of the Melbourne technology market and the strategic and operational challenges governments and enterprises face will set you up for success.**

**About You**:

- ** Working on a number of projects at the same time**:

- ** You could be based in Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane and work on a hybrid model**:

- ** Estimating and architecting solutions and fixes within large scale enterprise projects**:

- ** Object-oriented & functional programming**:

- ** Architecture and design patterns such as MVVM and MVP, CI/CD, accessibility, Proguard Rules**:

- ** Experience working in an agile environment, reviewing code, and setting the teams’ way of working**:

- ** Java / Kotlin experience**:

- ** Writing unit tests and E2E tests (BDD, TDD)**:

- ** Experience in creating accessible apps (preferable)**:

- ** Be up to date with the latest Android technologies and trends and share knowledge with the team**
