Applicants that are bilingual is a highly preferred skill for this position. Applicants must also be confident at speaking English as well as fluent Cantonese and or Mandarin - This is preferred for this role.

South Hurstville RSL and Hurstville RSL Club (The Pinnacle) are two medium sized community-minded Clubs, located in the southern suburbs of Sydney. One club has recently undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation whilst our other venue will begin renovations early next year.

The Pinnacle is proud to have over 18,000 members. Both venues feature regular entertainment, TAB and Keno services, major promotional events, multiple busy restaurants as well as has a combined total of 170 gaming entitlements across both clubs.

Both modern clubs are seeking to grow and meet the needs of our extensively fast paced and progressively diverse community.

**We have a fantastic role now available **where we are looking for an experienced bar and gaming attendant to provide service across all areas of the Club, including Gaming Machines, Bar, TAB, Keno, and Reception.

Applicants also need to be able to demonstrate/provide evidence of:

- Current NSW RSA and RCG certification
- Strong communication skills - Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus and a highly preferred skill for this role
- Minimum six months experience within the hospitality industry
- A thorough knowledge of gaming, bar, TAB, Keno operations - essential
- Outstanding people skills with an extremely strong focus on customer service
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety
- A passion for hospitality is crucial

**To be considered for this role, you must have the following**:

- Superior customer service skills
- The ability to work weekends, Friday through to Sunday
- Outstanding communication skills
- Have professional presentation and manner
- The ability to work flexible hours including both day and night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Having previous Duty Manager or Supervisory experience within the hospitality industry is beneficial however not a necessity.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $55.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
