**Role Summary**

As a Jewellery Maker, you'll be at the heart of our production process, primarily focusing on assembling and gluing our beautifully designed acrylic earrings. You’ll handle delicate components with care, ensuring each piece meets our standards of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys highly focused work and can operate effectively in a self-directed environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble and glue earring components using two primary types of adhesive, ensuring strong and clean bonds.
- Prep laser-cut pieces for assembly, including cleaning, painting and organising parts.
- Maintain a high level of precision and quality control throughout the production process.
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to handle materials and equipment safely.
- Participate in various production tasks as needed, providing flexibility and support to the team.
- Manage your workstation, keeping tools and materials well-organized.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in crafting or fine assembly work, preferably with jewellery.
- Exceptional dexterity and coordination for handling small and delicate parts.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
