**The Role**: As our Full-time, permanent Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive Brand initiatives, aligning with BBW/Valiram procedures, and championing excellence in all aspects of our operations.

**Key Selection Criteria**: To excel in this role, you'll need:

- 2 years' experience in retail.
- Friendly demeanor and high emotional intelligence.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and creativity.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
