**About the role**
We are currently seeking a recruitment consultant to join our driven team. If you are a high performer who is successful in what you do, whether in recruitment or not, this could be the opportunity for you.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced position which will enable you to demonstrate your ability to multi-task whilst providing superior customer service to all you encounter.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting interviews via phone, video, or face to face
- Completing reference checks
- Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process

**About you**
You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will provide full training and a great working environment.

You will possess the following:

- Personable and professional manner
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills in the MS Office Suite
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Recruitment experience NOT necessary
