As a Greeting Attendant, you will be part of the Security team and serve as the first point of contact for Canterbury's members and guests. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the Club at all times.

**About the Role**

In this hands-on role you will be responsible for but, are not limited to:

- Greet customers in a polite and professional manner
- Check identification for all patrons entering the club
- Ensure customers adhere to dress code requirements
- Monitor the movement of all personnel entering and exiting the premises
- Assist patrons with helpful advice and guidance around the Club
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and qualifications**:

- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous customer service experience (desired, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to remain calm and maintain a sense of control in difficult situations
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hour, 7 day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
